Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills

• MBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

• Completion of specialty qualification as per the Recognized Specialty Certificate

• Three (3) years’ experience post qualification

• HAAD/DHA Valid License

Duties of a Pediatric Neurologist include the following Duties:

• Provide general outpatient pediatric neurology for ACPN patients, interests in subspecialties are welcomed.

• Interpret electroencephalography.

• Perform other relevant diagnostic procedures as needed.

• Collaborate with other colleges and disciplines in ACPN, and the community to better serve the patients and their

families.

• As possible, follow the North American guidelines in the field of Child Neurology, taking in account the local community

considerations and needs.

• Always follow ACPN policies and procedures and attend ACPN staff meetings.

• Assist in educating the primary care physicians and community.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients depending on their medical conditions and current illness.
