Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a People Manager to work directly with our CEO and leadership team. This is a strategic role, you won t just manage policies, you ll design how Rimthan grows as an organization. You ll make sure our people feel supported, engaged, and equipped to do their best work as we expand across countries and ventures.

What You’ll Do

Lead and standardize onboarding/offboarding (Day 0/7/30/60/90).


Drive culture & engagement initiatives.


Design and run performance review cycles and feedback loops.


Partner with the CEO on workforce planning, policies, and resourcing.


Coach team leads on 1:1s, feedback, and growth conversations.


Keep an eye on **best practices** in startups, venture builders, and the Saudi ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 7 years in People Ops / HR / Culture roles (startup/scale-up preferred).

Strong at building from scratch, not just running existing processes.

A balance of strategic partner + hands-on operator.

Excellent communicator and facilitator.

Culturally fluent: able to bridge global teams with the Saudi context.

Self-starter, thrives in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.
