Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Performance Management Specialists are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company’s performance management programs.
Job Description:
- Develop and manage performance management strategies, programs, and processes
- Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and performance standards
- Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on performance management procedures and goal setting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Manage performance appraisal system and maintain records of employee performance
- Collaborate with HR and management to address performance issues and create performance improvement plans
- Participate in HR projects, such as job evaluations and compensation planning
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying up-to-date with existing and new legislation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as a Performance Management Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and systems
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus
