• Performance Management Specialists are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company’s performance management programs.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage performance management strategies, programs, and processes
• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and performance standards
• Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on performance management procedures and goal setting
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Manage performance appraisal system and maintain records of employee performance
• Collaborate with HR and management to address performance issues and create performance improvement plans
• Participate in HR projects, such as job evaluations and compensation planning
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying up-to-date with existing and new legislation
