Performance Marketing Executive

We are a full-service digital marketing agency based in Dubai, UAE, hiring a Performance Marketing Executive. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. Candidates based in India who are willing to relocate will be considered employment visa and flight provided by the company.

This role is primarily focused on managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple clients across healthcare, hospitality, retail, and professional services. You will be the person who checks campaign performance every morning, catches issues before clients do, and consistently improves results across all active accounts.

Performance Marketing :

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram lead generation and awareness objectives
• Monitor all active client ad accounts daily flag underperforming campaigns immediately
• Conduct monthly campaign audits for all active accounts
• Prepare clear performance reports for clients Google Ads, Meta, GA4
• Proactively optimise targeting, bidding, ad copy, and landing pages to improve ROAS and reduce CPL
• Handle client queries about campaign performance directly and professionally

Operations:

• Maintain task tracking in project management tools Zoho Projects or ClickUp
• Log all client interactions and campaign updates in Zoho CRM
• Participate in weekly team stand-up and monthly performance reviews
