Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic lead for a dedicated squad and oversee a portfolio of accounts. You will ensure that the strategies and execution of the team are aligned with the clients business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategists, Analysts, and Specialists. You are responsible for their workload management, professional growth, objectives and career progression.
- You will work closely with clients to expand our scope of work where it adds value, ensuring the profitability of your squad and the long-term retention of our partners.
- Improve our internal methodologies. You will ensure the squad uses the latest market research, marketing strategies, analysis techniques, and automation tools to maintain our competitive edge and grow the team.
- Take the lead on critical client presentations and support in pitches to provide senior-level weight. You will turn complex data into compelling narratives that secure buy-in from senior management.
- Oversee team operations. You will conduct regular performance audits to ensure that activation (campaigns and experiments on marketing channels) and deliverables (reports and analysis shared with clients) are meeting standards.
Who we are looking for
Absolute must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget performance portfolios and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities and skill sets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to command a room and navigate difficult client conversations.
- Expert-level knowledge in different marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ).
- Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape (MMPs, attribution,
- server-side tracking, ).
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Would be a competitive advantage:
- Advanced technical proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Previous experience in recruitment or building out marketing teams.
- Knowledge of Python or SQL for advanced data manipulation.
