We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead client-focused campaigns in a dynamic marketing agency. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, crafting and optimizing high-performing campaigns that deliver leads and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize lead-generation campaigns for multiple clients (Google Ads, social platforms, etc.). • Build and refine conversion funnels tailored to each client’s goals. • Set up and automate client-specific CRM systems, ensuring seamless lead nurturing. • Plan and execute retargeting strategies and automated email sequences for client campaigns. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing for each client’s KPIs and ROI. • Act as the key liaison with clients, presenting results and refining strategies based on their needs.
