PA is a vital role which involves assisting and working closely with the GM to ensure the organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients.
Main Responsibilities
• Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence.
• Managing full projects cycles from beginning to end.
• Successful management of localization projects to deadlines.
• Preparing monthly reports and maintaining Excel sheets for internal use as required
• Dealing with client and answer their queries.
• Monitoring and mentoring assigned Project Coordinators or Project Managers
• Offering support and advising junior members of the team

Media / Publishing / TV / Radio / Outdoor / Digital

Secretary / Front Office / Personal Assistant (PA)

Desired Candidate Profile

Effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Fluency in English (any additional language is a plus)
• Proven client facing experience
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in operation running/ Project Management role.
• Highly motivated, with proven problem solving and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexible and a multitasking in a fast-changing environment
• CAT-tools knowledge is an advantage
• Degree in Media, language related field or Business Administration.
• AUC graduates are welcomed
• Full Time only at our office in Dokki
