Diary management including organization and administration of meetings.
Preparation and drafting of some documents including general correspondence, letters, memos and emails
Follow-up on the items for the team to ensure timely adherence to deadlines.
Telephone calls - ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, including handling and forwarding queries when the team is out of the office.
Filing and document management, both off- and on-line.
Preparing and arranging International travel schedules including itineraries, flights, hotels and transportation.
Handling Indoor & External Events.
Being a helping hand to the purchase and Sales Department in creating purchase & Sales Orders.
Job Requirements

Executive Secretary: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Construction / Civil Engineering

Accounts / Taxation / Audit / Company Secretary
