Overview
We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and organized professional to assume a very integral role in Sheraa as assistant to our CEO. Your main responsibilities include: manage CEO s schedule; handling unsolicited requests such as cold e-mails, calls, and walk-in guests; writing letters in Arabic; procuring and managing giveaways/gifts for partners & VIPs; arranging travel plans for the CEO, and managing the petty cash.
Requirements :
Must be fluent in Arabic and English
Business and creative writing skills is preferred in both English and Arabic
Excellent organizational skills is essential
A good and professional attitude towards work
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
