Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Personal Finance through outdoor sales, referrals, and leads.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (volume & number of applications).
• Explain Islamic finance products (Murabaha, Tawarruq, etc.) clearly to customers.
• Ensure all documentation and applications are completed accurately.
• Verify customer eligibility, creditworthiness, and adherence to bank policy.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on leads and applications until disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future cross-selling (credit cards, accounts, Takaful, etc if any.).
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank and Emirates Islamic KYC and AML regulations.
• Deliver superior customer experience and represent the bank professionally in the market.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 13 years of sales experience in banking or financial services (preferably in UAE, home country experience will also do).

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Urdu/Hindi preferred).
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
