We are hiring a mature, qualified, and well-spoken Personal Secretary (Male/Female) for the Owner of a construction and property development company. The owner is originally from Ludhiana and lives in Dubai. ✨ Requirements: • Age between 30 to 50 years • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi • Smart, presentable, and well-organized • Must have a valid passport • Must be ready to relocate to Dubai immediately • Quick learner with the ability to understand and manage tasks independently • Professional, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality � Salary & Benefits: • Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 INR per month (based on experience) • Food, accommodation, visa, and travel provided • All basic needs and work-related expenses covered � Role Responsibilities: • Managing the owner’s daily schedule, meetings, calls, and travel plans • Handling personal, routine, and administrative tasks • Coordinating with teams, vendors, and different departments • Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and communication • Supporting the owner in all activities related to construction & property development projects
