• Make sessions the highlight of the day (many clients are first-time trainees)

• Submit daily notes for new clients + weekly progress reports for all (PTD templates; not in app)
• Be on time; manage routes; communicate fast on WhatsApp

How We Develop You (all in-house)

• Daily communication with your Team Leader (targets, feedback, problem-solving)
• First 10 days intensive: PTD presentation, client comms, assessment close, retention rituals
• Weekly Senior Review: we analyze every client and set actions
• 9 classes in 8 weeks: answers to the most common client questions (built from 10,000+ PTD cases)
• Tools: bookings + payments in the PTD app; reporting via PTD templates

Retention & Teamwork (how we keep your roster strong)

• Our job is in session and between sessions: check-ins, habit support, fast comms
• When clients travel/holiday, you maintain momentum (weekly touchpoints, mini-plans, return dates locked)
• We backfill immediately so your roster stays full; marketing + bookings don t stop
• When clients return, we work as a team if your schedule is full, we transfer to a teammate to protect client continuity

Career Tracks & Commitment

• Track A Pro 25k AED in-house education scholarship commitment (you dont pay but you signed that as agreement if u leave before 1 year, volume bonuses from day 1 priority assessments 24-month commitment + client non-solicitation (protects your book and PTD clients; no poaching during/after employment)
• Track B Flex: no scholarship fewer early perks no volume bonus first 6 months switch to Track A anytime

30 60 90 Plan

• Day 30: onboarding complete converting 30+ assessments daily notes active
• Day 60: 100+ sessions/month weekly senior review rhythm solid

What You ll Bring
