Desired Candidate Profile

o Update employee information to HRMS System. (eg bank details)
o Update reimbursement of expenses to Oracle
o Verify and process insurance payments including reimbursements
o Inform the insurance company of any addition and deletion of members and follow up on any employee queries and outstanding matters;
o Process payroll information timely in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with governmental or legal compensation requirements;
o Prepare payroll returns in line with set timescales, legal requirements and agreed standards;
o Maintain records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner, including employee files, wage garnishments, payroll reports
o Investigate employee or manager inquiries by means of liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries;
o Generate payroll register for crew and divers
o Ensure bank queries, related to returned funds due to various reasons such as address, beneficiary details, etc., are dealt with through Treasury.
o Performs data collection and directed analysis in conjunction with any payroll-related inquiries;
o Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
