Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of properties (residential and commercial) to identify pest infestations and determine the extent of the problem, utilizing specialized tools and techniques.
Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans, selecting appropriate chemicals, baits, and traps while adhering to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Apply pesticides and other pest control products, ensuring accurate dosage and application methods to effectively eliminate pests and minimize risks to humans and pets.
Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, sanitation practices, and habitat modification techniques to prevent future infestations and foster long-term solutions.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and client interactions, including service reports, pesticide application logs, and follow-up communications.
Manage and maintain pest control equipment, including sprayers, dusters, and protective gear, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Stay informed about new pest control technologies, products, and industry regulations through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge, best practices, and assisting with complex pest control challenges to ensure effective service delivery.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established procedures to prevent accidents and exposure to chemicals.
