Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pest control operations, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Develop and implement pest management plans tailored to client needs, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices.
- Train and mentor pest control technicians on effective techniques, equipment usage, and customer service excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Environmental Science or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- State certification in pest control is mandatory; additional certifications in specialized pest management are a plus.
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
