Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A reputable International Pharmaceutical company based in Dubai seeks a Pharma Marketing Specialist, preferably with 2 years experience in the same field, with the ability to carry out Marketing activities and Medical Representative training assignments in the region. Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities -

1. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies: Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote pharmaceutical products across the assigned territories, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.


2. Conduct training programs for Medical Representatives: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards among field teams.


3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity: Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.


4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, regulatory, and medical affairs departments to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product launches.


5. Organize and support promotional events and conferences: Plan and participate in medical congresses, product launches, and educational seminars to boost brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.



Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing: A strong academic foundation in healthcare or business is essential for understanding both the product and the market.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales: Proven track record in pharma marketing, preferably within the GCC region, with exposure to training and promotional activities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to deliver impactful training sessions and engage effectively with internal teams and healthcare professionals.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities: Capable of interpreting market data, identifying trends, and formulating actionable marketing plans.

  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus: Multilingual skills are advantageous for regional communication and outreach.
