Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A reputable International Pharmaceutical company based in Dubai seeks a Pharma Marketing Specialist, preferably with 2 years experience in the same field, with the ability to carry out Marketing activities and Medical Representative training assignments in the region. Attractive salary packages will be offered to exceptional candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities -
1. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies: Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote pharmaceutical products across the assigned territories, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
2. Conduct training programs for Medical Representatives: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards among field teams.
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity: Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, regulatory, and medical affairs departments to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product launches.
5. Organize and support promotional events and conferences: Plan and participate in medical congresses, product launches, and educational seminars to boost brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing: A strong academic foundation in healthcare or business is essential for understanding both the product and the market.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales: Proven track record in pharma marketing, preferably within the GCC region, with exposure to training and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to deliver impactful training sessions and engage effectively with internal teams and healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities: Capable of interpreting market data, identifying trends, and formulating actionable marketing plans.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus: Multilingual skills are advantageous for regional communication and outreach.
