Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist in Dubai to join our newly formed online pharmacy subsidiary M detone as the PIC. You will lead and manage the pharmacy licensing application process, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a key role in day-to-day operations once licensed.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, cross-border healthcare venture focused on innovation and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and represent the company in the New York Board of Pharmacy application process
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
- Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with founders and advisors on building the operational framework
- Oversee quality assurance, audits, and online prescription fulfilment standards
- Provide excellent pharmaceutical care to patients once operations begin
Desired Candidate Profile
- Active Dubai Pharmacist License
- Previous experience as a PIC and a strong understanding of Dubai Board of Pharmacy requirements
- Experience setting up a pharmacy is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a online pharmacy set-up
- Must be authorized to work in Dubai.
