As a Photo Retoucher, you will play a crucial role in perfecting our visual assets, ensuring each image meets the highest standards and aligns with our brand vision. Key Responsibilities
- Image Enhancement: Retouch and edit high-resolution product, lifestyle, and campaign images for web, social media, and print platforms.
- Color Correction: Adjust color balance, exposure, and consistency to ensure all images reflect our brand s signature aesthetic.
- Quality Control: Conduct detailed reviews of photos for imperfections, ensuring flawless presentation.
- Brand Consistency: Work with creative and marketing teams to maintain unified visual standards across all touchpoints.
- File Management: Organize, archive, and track digital assets efficiently to streamline creative workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with photographers, designers, and marketing professionals to deliver images that support campaign goals and storytelling.
- Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements for retouching workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software, and retouching techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Design, or related field; advanced training in digital editing is an advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in photo retouching, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing industries.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; familiarity with Capture One or similar tools is a plus.
Portfolio: Demonstrated portfolio of before-and-after retouching images, showcasing expertise in natural, high-end editing and problem solving.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to pixel-perfect work, with great eye for color, lighting, and composition.
Collaboration: Strong team player, open to feedback and proactive communication with stakeholders.
Organization: Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and respond positively to critiques or shifting requirements.
