Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photographer/Videographer with a strong background in real estate photography and videography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our developments across digital and print platforms.
� Responsibilities:
Capture high-resolution photos and cinematic videos of residential and commercial properties
Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and brochures
Plan and execute property shoots including staging, lighting, and drone footage
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure visuals align with brand aesthetics
Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment
Stay up-to-date with real estate visual trends and technologies
Create virtual tours and time-lapse videos as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate photography/videography (portfolio required)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and lighting gear
Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and editing techniques
Experience with drone videography is a strong advantage (drone license preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
