Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

As our in-house Videographer & Photographer, you will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content that reflects our brand voice across platforms. You’ll work closely with the content, marketing, and leadership teams to visually bring ideas to life for social media, campaigns, events, and internal use.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on storyboarding, planning, and executing content ideas.
  • Shoot interviews, reels, events, product/service explainers, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Capture professional-grade images for social media, events, products, and editorial features.
  • Edit raw footage and photos for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Organize, maintain, and manage digital assets and archives.
  • Bring a strong creative voice and suggest new visual ideas aligned with trends and the brand.
  • Be open to occasional weekend shoots or extended hours during key campaigns or events.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1–3 years of experience in videography and photography (startup or agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both video and photography work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience in setting up and handling professional cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual consistency.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and thrive in an evolving, collaborative environment.
