Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Shooting

• Professional photography for products, people, restaurants, and events.

• Professional video shooting (Reels, ads, interviews, coverage).

• Set up proper lighting, angles, and backgrounds for each project.

• Adjust camera settings based on shooting environment for best quality.

• Prepare location and ensure all equipment is ready before shooting.

• Follow the shot list and shooting plan.

2. Editing & Post-Production

• Professional video editing suitable for social media platforms.

• Color correction and color grading.

• Photo retouching and color processing.

• Add text, basic motion graphics, and sound effects.

• Export files in required formats and dimensions for each platform.

3. Workflow & Organization

• Deliver projects on time without delays.

• Organize and archive project files professionally.

• Maintain and protect equipment.

• Coordinate with design and content teams for optimal output.

• Reshoot or revise when required based on feedback.

Required Skills

• Professional handling of cameras and lenses.

• Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe After Effects (basic minimum)

  • Adobe Lightroom

  • Adobe Photoshop

• Understanding cinematic lighting and product/restaurant lighting.

• Knowledge of social media formats and platform requirements.

• Fast execution while maintaining quality.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Strong and diverse portfolio.

• Driving license preferred.

• Commitment to working hours and deadlines.

• Ability to work within a team.
