Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the full video production cycle from concept development to final delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to translate brand objectives into compelling visual content.
Plan shoots including storyboarding, location scouting, equipment preparation, and scheduling.
Operate Sony professional camera systems (FX & Alpha series) with expert-level technical control.
Set up and manage professional lighting and audio equipment to ensure high production quality.
Direct on-camera talent to achieve natural performance and strong storytelling.
Execute advanced editing, color grading, and sound design using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Produce short-form social media content with fast turnaround when required.
Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and branding elements.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final deliverables in a structured archive system.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging video techniques.
Maintain compliance with copyright laws and media usage standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Highly creative storyteller with a strong visual sense and cinematic eye.
Proven ability to manage complete video projects independently from concept to final delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with Sony professional camera systems (FX & Alpha series).
Advanced expertise in color grading (DaVinci Resolve preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge of formats, codecs, and delivery standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and management teams.
Experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Native Arabic speaker preferred (if you want this included).
Currently residing in the UAE.
Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.
