Photographer & Videographer - UAE National SHARJAH AGRICULTURAL AND LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION EST (EKTIFA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented (Emirati) from Sharjah to join our team as a Photographer & Videographer. The role is responsible for producing and editing high-quality multimedia content, including videos and photos, to support the lead Content Developer. This position contributes to visual content creation, event coverage, and overall content development, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role involves product shoots, campaigns, in-store and retail activations, corporate events, and field activities such as farm coverage, while collaborating with the content developer to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Production & Editing

• Edit videos for digital ads, social media content, storytelling pieces, and event coverage.
• Retouch and enhance photos (pack shots, lifestyle images, visual effects).
• Create motion graphics, stop motions, and infographics.
• Produce visuals for in-store and retail displays and campaigns.
• Film and photograph corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Assist the Content Developer in filmmaking, farm coverage, and capturing farm footage for archiving.
• Support in-house shooting and take the lead on production when required.

2. Content Planning & Execution

• Attend and cover important brand moments at short notice (product launches, campaign rollouts, market entries, store openings, etc.).
• Maintain a flexible shooting schedule — coverage to be provided as needed, including evenings and weekends.

3. Coordination & Production Management

• Assist in handling end-to-end coordination with:
• Freelance photographers/videographers
• Agencies and post-production editors
• Studio and location bookings
• Models, stylists, and creative vendors
• Communicate with third-party providers to align on brand guidelines and deliverables.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met during ongoing productions.

4. Media & Press Coordination

• Collaborate with media outlets and publications for:
• Product features
• Portfolio expansion announcements
• Store availability updates
• PR-ready visuals and interviews
• Ensure content is delivered in required formats for press and digital platforms.

5. Archiving & Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a structured content library.
• Ensure brand visuals are up to date and aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Provide visual assets to internal departments and external partners as needed.
