Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to understand physical impairments and limitations clearly.
• Create customized treatment plans to meet each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient's movement and functions.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly for optimum results.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Provide guidance and support to patients on injury prevention strategies.
• Utilize advanced physiotherapy equipment and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research and practices in physiotherapy advancements.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and professional standard procedures.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and educational workshops for patients as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or registered as a Physiotherapist .
• Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in clinical or private practice settings.
• Strong understanding of therapy practices and detailed knowledge of anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse patient caseload with varying needs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and patient management systems.
