Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems, ensuring all components are expertly fitted to meet precise specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately determine the layout of piping systems and the necessary materials.
- Perform welding and soldering tasks on pipes, utilizing various techniques to ensure strong and leak-proof joints.
- Conduct thorough inspections of piping systems to identify and rectify any potential leaks or structural issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in mathematics and technical skills.
- Formal education in pipe fitting or a related field, such as a technical degree or vocational training, to enhance practical knowledge.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in pipe fitting or a similar role, demonstrating hands-on expertise in diverse environments.
- Certification as a journeyman pipe fitter or equivalent, validating skills and knowledge in industry standards and practices.
