Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and finishing projects, specializing in external/internal cladding and marble works. The candidate will manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage façade, cladding, marble, and stone installation works.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Oversee marble sourcing, fabrication, and installation.
Ensure compliance with safety and QA/QC procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in construction and finishing works.
Strong experience in cladding systems and marble industry.
Knowledge of dry/wet stone fixing systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field. Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marble, granite, or natural stone factories/projects.
