Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage maintenance schedules (preventive & corrective).

  2. Prepare project plans, work programs, and resource allocation.

  3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress of FM activities.

  4. Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and subcontractors.

  5. Track KPIs, delays, and performance metrics.

  6. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.

  7. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials.

  8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related field).

  2. 5–7 years of experience in Planning within Facility Management.

  3. Mandatory UAE experience in a similar role.

  4. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.

  5. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.

  6. Advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools.

  7. Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
