Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed fit-out project schedules using planning software, ensuring realistic durations and resource allocation.
- Proactively monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying and analyzing deviations to mitigate potential delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to gather information, update schedules, and coordinate activities.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and critical path analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field to establish a strong foundational knowledge.
- Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in fit-out projects, demonstrating practical application of planning principles.
- Proficient in using planning software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools for schedule development and management.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials used in fit-out projects.
