Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6

  • Develop detailed site execution schedules and look-ahead plans

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress at site

  • Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and HSE teams

  • Analyze schedule deviations and propose recovery plans

  • Prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and dashboards

  • Support project meetings and planning reviews

  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC planning and reporting requirements

  • Assist in delay analysis and schedule impact assessments

  • Maintain planning records and documentation for audits

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or relevant discipline)

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in EPC projects

  • Site planning experience is mandatory

  • Experience working on ADNOC projects is preferred
