Basic Function:
Provides expertise, knowledge and experience in the planning activities of TSS Planning and Strategy Division and ensures effective implementation, follow up of programs and updating of progress reports in order to achieve predetermined milestones and KPIs stipulated in the Performance Contract of the Division in compliance with Company's Business Plan in a cost effectively and timely manner.
Work Performed:
Coordinates and issues the Divisional weekly reports and highlights for SVP's weekly meeting.
Responsible for coordinating Divisional meetings. attends and prepares the final Minutes of Meetings for review and endorsement of Planning and Interface Team.
Prepares and ensures all presentations are accurate for the CEO Report, other Shareholder meetings, Quarterly Performance Review Reports and HSE Leadership Site Visits.
Coordinates the preparation, development and alignment of Divisional Performance Contracts and their relevant Detailed Execution Plan and provides and updates progression reports on monthly basis with proposals for anticipated issues meeting milestone deadlines.
Prepares Divisional budget monthly reports and coordinates with Financial Controller. Monitors financial performance versus original approved budget.
Raises, updates and reports on Maximo Action tracking, including regular follow-up to ensure Divisional actions are completed in a timely manner.
Develops Business Cases in liaison with the relevant Job Officers in support of new contract or contract extensions.
Ensures and confirms in coordination with the TSSBU Contract Engineer and relevant job officers that all required preparations/documents for contracts are in place, reviewed and quality controlled in accordance with project scope of work to allow better project control, set-up planning and follow-up requirements.
Monitors and co-ordinates all plans, schedules of assigned business critical activities, monitors work compliance ensures effective communication and co-ordination of all stakeholders,
Works in line with HSE policy, and ensures awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
5 - 6 years' experience in oil industry in the field of projects or planning. Presentation skills, PC, analytical and communication skills.
Good knowledge of English.
