Roles & Responsibilities

Planning Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and monitor project schedules for MEP works.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Prepare progress reports, forecasting, and delay analysis when required.
Support resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment) based on project requirements.
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to keep the project on track.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Previous experience as a Planning Engineer in a construction/MEP company (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Good understanding of MEP project workflows and site operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
