Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera & CCS Candy

• Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements

• Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and project milestones

• Establish project timelines, resource plans, and sequencing of activities

2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Implement project control systems to track progress, productivity, and performance

• Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify variances

• Lead schedule updates, critical path analysis, and performance measurement

• Provide early warning signals and recommend corrective actions

3. Delay Analysis & Claims

• Lead delay analysis

• Review and validate subcontractor schedules and claims

• Support commercial and contract teams in dispute resolution

• Ensure all planning-related documentation meets contractual standards

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and site teams

• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on planning matters

• Lead planning review meetings and progress discussions

5. Resource & Cost Planning

• Align project schedules with resource and cost plans

• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilisation

• Support cash flow forecasting and cost control initiatives

• Identify optimisation opportunities to improve efficiency

6. Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and delays

• Develop mitigation and recovery plans

• Monitor critical path and key project constraints

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and CCS Candy is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, cost and project control systems

• Expertise in project analysis techniques

• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
