Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Prepare baseline programs, identify the projects critical path, and establish milestones.
  • Monitor project progress against the baseline and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting delays, variances, and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather input for planning and scheduling.
  • Forecast resource requirements (manpower, materials, and equipment) based on project activities.
  • Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims when required. Track and report project productivity and performance indices.
  • Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities are carried out in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive project documentation and tracking system for all planning data.
