Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule input
  • Monitor progress and flag delays, risks, and deviations
  • Conduct critical path analysis and propose corrective actions
  • Create look-ahead schedules and regular reporting for internal and client teams
  • Conduct site visits to verify schedule alignment
  • Support resource planning and allocation
  • Assist with claims and delay analysis if needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of planning experience in construction
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project
  • Strong understanding of sequencing, progress tracking, and construction site dynamics
  • UAE-based candidates preferred
  • Must be available to join immediately
