Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.
Monitor project progress against the planned schedule and identify delays or risks.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and management for progress updates.
Analyze critical path activities and suggest mitigation/recovery strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
Assist in delay analysis, claims, and extension of time (EOT) preparation.
Ensure alignment between site execution and planned milestones.
Participate in project meetings and present schedule updates and reports.
Support cost control by integrating planning with budget tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
B. Tech/B. E in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Experience in High-Rise Building construction is mandatory.
Civil Finishing Experience is mandatory.
GCC experience is preferable but not mandatory.
