Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Façade Planning Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the UAE in Facade industry to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of façade works across high-profile construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop & manage façade project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project Coordinate with design, procurement & site teams for smooth project execution Track progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports Identify delays and implement recovery plans Monitor procurement & delivery of façade materials (glass, aluminum, cladding) Review shop drawings and technical submissions Ensure façade works align with overall project timelines Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field Minimum 3+ years of façade planning/engineering experience in UAE Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project Familiarity with AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is a plus) Strong coordination and communication skills
