Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential delays and risks; propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of planning activities with project goals and client expectations.
  • Support in resource planning, cost control, and progress measurement.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Proven experience in façade or construction project planning.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning, with at least 3 years in façade or construction projects.
  • PMP certification is an added advantage.
