Planning Manager-ADNOC Approved MANSION GENERAL CONTRACTING - L.L.C

Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project ✅ Prepare baseline programs, WBS, S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress reports ✅ Monitor project progress and highlight variances and critical delays ✅ Prepare recovery plans and support Extension of Time (EoT) and delay analysis ✅ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams ✅ Attend progress meetings and present schedule updates ✅ Support cost and resource forecasting ✅ Maintain planning documentation in line with contractual requirements � Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related) ✅ 8–12+ years of planning experience, including senior-level responsibility ✅ Strong experience in large-scale construction / EPC projects ✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
