Planning Manager - Civil AlRawabit International Recruitment LLC

We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager – Civil to lead the planning and scheduling function for residential and high-rise building construction projects. The candidate will oversee project planning activities, ensuring timely project execution, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning team, ensuring effective project scheduling and monitoring across multiple projects.
• Develop, review, and maintain project baseline programs using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, and clients to align planning objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions and recovery strategies.
• Analyze critical path activities, resource loading, and project performance to support management decision-making.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, delay analyses, and forecasts for senior management and clients.
• Participate in contract reviews, claims, and variation assessments from a planning perspective.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide planning engineers to enhance team capability and performance.
