Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure work is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with teams and departments to align schedules, resources, and priorities.
  • Track progress against key milestones and adjust plans as needed to stay on course.
  • Identify and manage risks early to avoid delays or issues down the line.
  • Report clearly and regularly to stakeholders, providing updates on timelines, risks, and changes.
  • Improve planning processes by finding better ways to work and introducing helpful tools or systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, or project control roles.
  • Strong understanding of planning tools (, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc..).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
