Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the ashplant laying and manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the Asphalt industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proven experience in optimizing production processes and reducing costs.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Fujairah, UAE.
