Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of Plant Optimization solutions, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
• Support the implementation and operational phase of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions
• Conduct site surveys, optimization benefit assessments, and support sales teams with technical expertise
• Manage multiple parallel projects, coordinating execution teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior engineers and new team members
• Act as a key interface between R&D, Sales, Operations, and Execution teams to drive solution success
• Support product troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams to resolve engineering or software issues
• Travel internationally to customer sites for commissioning, installation, and project execution
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Master s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven relevant experience in customer project execution within Oil, Gas, Refining, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industries
• Expertise in APC, RTO, and energy/process optimization software solutions
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for customers
• Proven experience managing multi-project execution and stakeholder engagement
• Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally for project support and execution
