Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems related to swimming pools, including pipelines, pumps, filters, valves, and drainage systems.

  • Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of pool plumbing systems.

  • Identify plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, pressure problems, and faulty fittings, and carry out effective repairs.

  • Install and maintain pool equipment like circulation systems, heaters, chlorination units, and water features.

  • Ensure proper water flow, filtration, and drainage in swimming pools and associated facilities.

  • Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures at all times.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for scheduled and emergency repair work.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

  • Prepare basic maintenance and work completion reports when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in plumbing is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of swimming pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and water circulation systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to read plumbing layouts, drawings, and basic technical manuals.

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in Gulf weather conditions.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergencies if required.

  • Knowledge of safety practices and use of plumbing tools and equipment.

  • Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing is an added advantage.
