Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise plumbing teams on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing work to guarantee compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.
  • Manage inventory of plumbing supplies, ensuring that materials are available and properly stored to avoid project delays.
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation, including daily logs, progress updates, and incident reports for management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues on-site, employing problem-solving skills to minimize downtime.
  • Schedule and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for plumbing projects, helping to control expenses and enhance profitability.
  • Promote a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a Construction Company in UAE:


- Holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a building contracting company in G.C.C.

- Professional in reading drawings and management of manpower on site.

- Fluent In English.
