Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across multiple construction projects.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Analyze project performance data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Contribute to resource planning and allocation to optimize project delivery.
  • Support the development and delivery of training sessions on PMO processes and tools.
  • Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to PMO standards.
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks or deviations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project engineering role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work on-site as required by project demands.
