Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all PMV (Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles) and golf course equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime for uninterrupted operations.
  • Develop and manage the PMV and golf equipment maintenance budget, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of parts and supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program, including scheduling inspections, servicing, and repairs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failures.
  • Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: B Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

  • Experience 15+ years in PMV/Fleet Management, with at least 5 years specifically managing Golf Course equipment at a Five-Star or Royal level.

  • Technical Knowledge Deep expertise in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and high-precision reel-mower technology.

  • Soft Skills A Zero-Excuse mentality and the ability to work under high pressure during Royal visits.
