Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Continuously scan the pool, actively observing swimmers and the surrounding area for potential hazards and distress.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently, ensuring a safe and orderly environment for all patrons.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, providing immediate first aid, CPR, and initiating rescue procedures when necessary.
  • Conduct regular water tests and maintain accurate records of pool chemical levels, ensuring water quality meets health standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Qualifications: Hold a current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization

  • Certifications: Possess current certifications in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid.

  • Industry of Work Experience: Experience in aquatic environments, such as pools, water parks, or beaches.
