1- Responsible for achievement of agreed upon yearly sales target figures & performance goals / objective.
2- Maintain & develop a portfolio of existing and new, client account to ensure renewals and maximize profitability through daily account management.
3- Interact on regular basis with reporting line manager as well as underwriters on areas for improvement and implementation of action plans to drive direct sales and increase service performance level
4- Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to enquiry and concerns from clients. working to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demands
5- Collection of all premiums from client within the agreed / approved credit period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTPUT EXPECTED
1- Achieve the annual target for the year across all the lines of business
2- Achieve the above target with 40% medical, 30%Motor and 30%of Non-Motor business
3- Ensure renewals of existing accounts.
4- Ensure achievement of not less than 80% renewal retention ratio across all lines of business
5- Develop own personal strategy for soliciting leads and implement the same in order to ensure new accounts & achieve pre assigned sales target figure.
6- Contribute in enhancing company s professional image in UAE Market.
