Powder Coating Operator + Fitter A M GLOBAL ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY

Powder Coating Spray booth operators - capable of handling automatic & manual powder spray gun system with basic knowledge of equipment settings, types of powder , finishes & cleaning of equipment’s while shifting from running color to new color. The candidate should be willing to work in extreme heat conditions during peak summer as the work area is close Gas Oven. Candidate without experience in automatic systems can be considered if they are able to understand the process & work in powder booth. Qty- 5 no’s.

General Helpers – Tall with experience in jigging of Aluminum extruded profiles & other fabricated sections in powder coating line. Experience of working on construction sites in tying reinforcements ( steel fitter category) can be considered for this work. Qty -10 nos.

Fitters- with experience in mild steel fabrications , installation of fabricated items on site , handling of power tools & other hand tools, knowledge in marking & taking site measurements for installation. Qty- 5 nos.

Metal spray painting & Wood finishes - well experienced in manual spray painting , staining / wood spray painting joinery items . Should have knowledge of mixing & matching colours. Experience in quality finishes is essential. Qty – 3 nos.
